Our Facilities Division is the “Heart of the House.” Made up of certified professionals with expertise in both hospitality and engineering, the Facilities Division of PM Hotel Group is focused on tangible results. Our comprehensive assessment program evaluates new fixtures, furnishings and equipment prior to purchasing.

  • Facilities Division oversees licenses, permits, inspections, and contracts, as well as plays a role in the design of PM Hotel Group buildings during the pre-construction meetings and assists with commissioning.
  • Risk Management Department manages all reported accidents, incidents, workers comp claims and liaises between PM Hotel Group properties and the insurance company. The department also conducts formal inspections and audits on a routine basis – compiling and ultimately acting upon the results.
  • Energy/Utility cost controls are addressed through strategic utility management focused on utility data management, commodity sourcing and facility optimization.

Strategic Utility Management results: Reduced cost per unit, insurance of billing accuracy, increased budget control, optimum contract mixing, reduced consumption, competitively bid supply contracts, reduced exposure to energy price changes, improved equipment performance, improved operating practices, more effective maintenance activities, and increased asset value through project evaluation and funding maximization for effective CapEx spending.
