  Joseph Bojanowski
President PM Hotel Group

josephtie2-7314 In his role as president, Joseph oversees the operation and profitability of PM Hotel Group’s award winning portfolio of hotels, working with Hilton, Marriott, Starwood and Choice Hotels franchise affiliates. As a past director of the Delaware Hotel and Lodging Association, Joseph remains actively involved in numerous industry related associations and organizations. Previously, Joseph worked with two of the industry’s leading hotel companies – Doubletree Hotels and Winegardner Hammons. During his tenure there, Joseph served on executive committees for resorts, conference centers and full-service airport and university hotels. With more than 20 years of management experience in the hospitality industry, he has extensive experience in food & beverage, rooms division operations, sales & marketing, development, openings and renovations nationwide. Since joining PM Hotel Group in 1997, Joseph has played a critical role in the growth of the company. In addition to Joseph’s current role, he has served PM Hotel Group as president – Asia Pacific, vice president – operations, and vice president – new builds and transitions.
  James O’Hara
Chief Financial Officer
james-7281 As chief financial officer, Jim is responsible for the finance, accounting, tax and IT functions for PM Hotel Group. He most recently served as CFO for a real estate developer specializing in industrial/flex properties in the Washington, D.C. area. His prior background includes eight years in public accounting, where he served as CFO for hire with several large national clients and prepared corporate, partnership and individual tax returns, as well as audits. Jim is a CPA licensed in Maryland and a member of the AICPA. He holds a degree in accounting from University of Maryland.
  Leticia Proctor
Senior Vice President - Sales, Revenue Management and Digital Strategies
As senior vice president of sales, revenue management and digital strategies, Leticia is responsible for the development and implementation of all sales, revenue management and digital strategy efforts at the national, regional and property levels. She also focuses on maximizing total hotel revenue while building a sales culture that promotes staff development and retention, new hotel openings, hotel repositioning and re-branding. Prior to joining the company, Leticia was regional director of sales and marketing for Hersha Hospitality Management Corporation where she was responsible for hotels in Washington, D.C., Virginia, Maryland, North Carolina and Michigan. Leticia also worked for such prestigious hotel companies as Kimpton Hotels and Resorts, Crestline Hotels and Resorts, Remington Hotels and Resorts, Interstate Hotels and Resorts, Loews Corporation, and Hospitality Partners. She has more than twenty-two years of experience in the hospitality industry. In addition to working with numerous independent hotels, she also has worked with such brands as Hilton, Marriott, Starwood, Hyatt, Intercontinental Hotel Group, Kimpton, Loews and Choice. Her specialties include sales, marketing, catering, revenue management, e-commerce and hotel operations. Leticia obtained her Bachelor of Science in Legal Studies with a minor in Business Law and Public Policy from the University of Maryland. She currently is pursuing a Master’s of Professional Studies in Hospitality Management at Georgetown University.
  Woody Montgomery
Executive Vice President Human Resources
woody-7266 In his role as executive vice president of human resources, Woody is responsible for all of the company’s human resources functions, including talent acquisition, training and development, associate relations, compensation and benefit administration, risk management, policies and procedures, legal compliance and internal communications. He is accountable for nurturing the fundamental cultural environment of the organization, the balanced scorecard business model and establishing metrics that measure performance and progress. As a member of the company’s executive committee, he contributes to the strategic planning that ensures that PM Hotel Group remains one of the best operators in the industry. With more than 25 years of human resources leadership experience in the hospitality industry with an emphasis on building HR systems in high growth dynamic organizations, he helped build one of the nation’s largest independent management companies. He has guided the HR processes in mergers & acquisitions and an IPO process and established foundational human resources systems in entrepreneurial companies. In addition to hospitality, he previously held human resources leadership positions in the financial services industry with such prestigious organizations as Deloitte and Touche. He served as an officer of the Council of Personnel Officers and is a graduate of Davidson College.
