Our diversity strategy is to mirror the rich diversity of the communities we serve and encourage unrestricted inclusiveness. SUSTAINABILITY

We are committed to the wise use of resources and protection of our planet. As a growing corporation, we strive to keep our carbon footprint as small as possible. Many of our hotels are LEED certified by the United States Green Building Council. Conservation and sustainability are instilled in our everyday practices, from placing recycling bins in our offices and hotel rooms, to monitoring our energy usage at our properties, we are always looking for more ways to promote a healthy environment in the world around us. We seek to inspire our team members and guests to join us in caring for our planet. We know that if we handle the planet with care, the planet will take care of us for generations to come. COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT

We are committed to leveraging the power of our brand and platforms to help address important social issues. Our hotels are integral parts of their local communities and serve to not only provide employment opportunities to residents, but to support the community through charitable service.
